What I want to learn

Business Law is the body of law that governs business and commercial transactions. It is also considered to be a branch of civil law and deals with issues of both "private law" and "public law". Based on the definition of this class, I know that it's study of companies and organizations. It's also one of the first classes that perspective lawyers take. I want to learn more about how businesses run and how to set up each type of business. I still don't completley understand what this class has in store for me, so im very eager to find out :)
